Growth of trust to banks will accelerate growth of well-being of the population and development of a national economy.
The accepted Decree of the President of Republic Uzbekistan "About additional measures on liberalization of conditions and maintenance of guarantees of contributions of the population in commercial banks" from February, 20th of current year became the important contribution to acceleration of the further strengthening trust of the population to bank system and stimulation of involving of free money resources of the population in contributions to commercial banks.
According to the accepted Decree of the President of Republic Uzbekistan any citizen can open the depositary bank account from April, 1st 2008, till April, 1st, 2009 , bring in the cash form or list from the personal accounts in foreign bank, without restriction, a sum of money in national or a foreign currency, without granting the documents confirming sources of their origin.
On the basis of the Decree, sources of funds, carried in physical persons - residents of Republic Uzbekistan on depositary accounts in banks, are not a subject to declaring. It is forbidden to banks, and also to tax, law-enforcement and other supervising bodies to request of investors various documents and information on legality of sources of an origin of money resources and other data making bank secret.
Are spent a number of the actions allowing considerably to increase attraction of means of the population in bank. The bank spends a wide advertising campaign on an explanation of the importance of the given Decree of the President in strengthening trust and maintenance of a guarantee of safety of contributions of the population. Also in everyone division of bank, including branches and the express - centres explanatory works on observance of bank secret are spent. All employees of bank Ipak Yuli from first day of work sign the obligation on observance.
One of priority directions of activity of bank is rendering of services to the population under depositary contributions. There is a flexible system of attraction of contributions of the population that differ on terms, to currency, conditions of payment of percent and the sum of the minimal payment that allows clients to choose the optimal for it a kind of the contribution.
According to the experts, the given decree will lead to attraction of free money resources of the population in a national economy that will lead to increase in well-being of the population.
