General annual assembly of shareholders of bank
On June, 21st, 2008 the General annual assembly of shareholders of bank on results of 2007 took place.
Chairman of Advice of bank, Chairman of Board of bank, Chairman of the Revision committee of bank acted by shareholders of bank on results of activities for 2007, also the annual report, the balance report, the report on profits and losses for 2007 and the auditor conclusion of company "PricewaterhouseCoopers " have been approved.
Shareholders of bank have established the basic directions of development of bank for 2008, the labour contract with Chairman of Board of bank has been prolonged, Advice of bank and the Revision committee of bank are selected, and the external auditor of bank for 2008 is approved.
