Cooperation between OJSICB Ipak Yuli and Asian Development Bank Reaches an Entirely New Level
On March 19th, 2010, OJSICB Ipak Yuli had organized negotiations with Asian Development Bank concerning Second Small and Microfinance Development Project for a total amount of 10 million USD. During the negotiations process, such as issues as provisions of the regulations of the project Agreement had been discussed. The signing of the Agreement is being projected to take place in the nearest future.
The given financing line will be directed to financing of Bank clients’ activity, in particular, to the creation of working as well as of ordinary capital funds.
According to preliminary agreement about the provisions of the Project Agreement, the maximum amount of Loan, provided for one project financing, should not exceed the equivalent of 20.000 USD.
